How Does Preschool Benefit a Child?

School Promotes Social and Emotional Development

Kids learn social skills and emotional self-control in “Real Time”.

Kids learn through their experiences and teachers make time for those “teachable moments” by teaching kids to manage anger and frustrations. They don’t automatically step in to resolve kid’s conflicts for them. They are watching what kind of sense they have and let the kids work out their problems and when to intervene.

The environment is structured

A Structured environment helps kids learn to make friends and socialize. High quality Preschool classroom structure is largely invisible to kids. Classroom space is planned to encourage social interaction and reduce congestion and conflicts.

Foster Learning to Take Care of Themselves and Others

In Most of the preschool program, children are introduced to the behaviors required to function successfully in a kindergarten classroom. For Example, during classroom group activities such as “Circle Time” kids learn to focus attention on the teachers, listen while others are speaking and wait for their turn to speak.

Children Get to Make Choices

Kids have several choices of activities; a kid who is wandering is encouraged to choose those activities in which they are interested. Teachers help those kids who cannot figure out how to play with other kids and also offer them some suggestions which group he/she needs to join.
